RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Thanks for shopping at Wabbive.com, which is managed by The Wabbive Store, Inc.
All our merchandise is hand selected by our board certified consultants. We do not sell every kind of fashion wear for a reason. Only quality merchandise makes its way onto our shelves, so you can rest assured that the purchases you make from The Wabbive Store are wise ones.

However if you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

RETURNS:

  • Fashion wears may be returned if UNWORN, UNWASHED, UNSOILED and TAGGED WITH ITS ORIGINAL PACKAGE within 20 days of original purchase date.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item MUST BE UNUSED and in the same condition that you received it.
  • We DO NOT ACCEPT returns of gift items, any food items and limited edition/collection fashion wears.
  • Your item NEEDS TO HAVE the receipt or proof of purchase.
  • We are NOT RESPONSIBLE for delivery time or loss of a returned package, so please use tracking numbers to insure your return package.
  • Returns do not need a return authorization number, but do need to be accompanied by a copy of the payment receipt.
  • We DO NOT ACCEPT returns of clothing items that we presume that they have been worn.
  • We WILL NOT REFUND items damaged or lost in their return shipment so please insure your packages.
  • Items returned that DO NOT QUALIFY the above policies WILL BE RETURNED to the customer at their expense. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

REFUND AND SHIPPING

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
  • You will receive the refund within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Note that items returned that DO NOT QUALIFY the above mentioned policies WILL BE RETURNED to the customer at their expense. The cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
